We design it.
We build it.
We grow it.

Shadow Caster Studios designs and builds websites and apps, then helps them grow - branding, search, advertising, lead generation, and email. One team in Vancouver, from first sketch to steady traffic.

Services / 01 - 06

Everything you'd hire five agencies for. Under one roof.

In the order you'll actually need them - from the first build to steady growth. One team handles all of it.

The Engagement

Strategy first. Then everything.

Working with us follows one shape: understand, build, prove, repeat.

Weeks 01 - 02

Audit & Roadmap

We look at what you have - your site, your brand, your numbers. We find the gaps, and we hand you a prioritized plan within the first two weeks. Strategy first, always.

Ongoing

The Work, Owned

We do the work on the plan, with clear ownership on each line. You always know who's doing what, what it costs, and what it's for. No hand-offs into the void.

Every Month

Honest Reviews

Monthly reviews with real numbers and real recommendations - including the recommendation to stop doing things that aren't working.

How We Work

We're not a vendor. We're a growth partner.

  • 001

A dedicated point of contact, not a ticket queue. You get a person who knows your business, answers your calls, and owns your outcomes.

  • 002

Real numbers, real recommendations. We report what happened and what to do about it - including when the answer is "spend less."

  • 003

Built for teams of 50-200. Big enough to need every channel, lean enough that everything has to work together. That's exactly the gap we fill.

  • 004

We use what we sell. Every service on this page runs our own sites and apps first. If something doesn't work, we find out before you do.

The Work / Sites

The sites.

Designed, built, and run end to end by the studio - every one of them a working business, not a mockup.

SCENE IN THE DARK

sceneinthedark.com

Vancouver's live music source since 2010 - a fifteen-year photo-pit obsession turned full publishing platform. Concert galleries, reviews, a news desk, and a city-wide show calendar, all running on one engine. It's also a working business: a print shop selling signed, hand-numbered metallic editions, with a drop list that gives subscribers a 24-hour head start on every release.

Built into it

  • Print shop - limited-edition aluminum prints with closed-edition logic and order accounts
  • Editorial engine - galleries, reviews, news, and venue guide under one design system
  • Live events calendar - continuously updated Vancouver concert listings
  • Drop campaigns - early-access mailing list wired to each release
  • Media kit & licensing - working press and image-licensing pipelines

№ 002 / 74:30 PROJECTResearch Platform

74:30 Project

7430project.com

A research platform built to take on the famous "pattern of nineteen" in the Quran the way it had never been done: legitimately. Three rules held from the first line - nothing is ever removed or altered, every counting choice comes from the classical tradition, and everything is published, including the failures. Inside those rules the project found a real, reproducible construction in which nineteen aligns across the letters, words, verses and chapters - then turned its own adversarial audit on that result and measured, for the first time, how many other constructions the documented variables would equally allow. The honest verdict: a possible solution, and too many variables to crown it. That finding became the assignment - and the seed of QuranRecords.com, the open variant atlas the question actually needs.

Built into it

  • Three binding rules - nothing removed from the text, every choice drawn from classical scholarship, and every result published including the ones that went against us
  • The equation, with its error bars - a reproducible construction where nineteen aligns across the letters, words, verses and chapters, shown with a measure of how much the documented variables permit
  • Adversarial self-audit - the same counting engine turned against its own result, tested against 124 counts the structure never claims
  • Open reproduction - a zero-dependency Python script and a published proof file with SHA-256 integrity
  • The bridge to QuranRecords - where the search for one answer became an open atlas of every documented variable
